SOFTBALL REGION TOURNAMENT
• No district tournaments in the MIDDLE REGION
• All 14 teams will play in the "Super Regional" double elimination tournament
• Top 4 teams from the region qualify for STATE
• State has 12 teams, 4 from each of the 3 regions (East, Middle, West)
• Region Champion gets a bye straight to the STATE QUARTERFINAL round
• STATE QUARTERFINAL round is a Best-of-3 series
• Remaining 3 qualifiers play in the single game STATE XII round
